Job Summary: CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Care Home Team Manager to join our team in Stockport. As a leader in our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children and young people (ages 8-17) with complex needs.

This role involves managing shift work in a residential care home, overseeing the well-being and safety of residents, and leading staff teams. You will contribute to care planning, conduct risk assessments, and participate in staff meetings. Your primary focus will be on creating a supportive environment that fosters independence, social skills, and emotional growth among our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage shift work in a residential care setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Lead and supervise staff teams, promoting a culture of excellence and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and staff meetings.

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in residential care management, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
