Procurement and Contract Management Role

Weston College Group is seeking a skilled Procurement and Contract Management Professional to support the development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with College objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise supplier relationships.
  • Support with supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management processes to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support and inform the negotiation of favourable terms and conditions for contracts and procurement deals, drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to mitigate risks and maximise value.
  • Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Project Planning and Coordination.
  • Stakeholder Management, internal and external.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • Risk and Compliance Knowledge.
