UNISON's East Midlands Region is seeking a skilled administrative professional to join the Regional Secretary's Organising Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of clerical and administrative functions, including membership and finance management.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage membership and finance data, ensuring accuracy and numeracy in recording and processing information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of ICT packages, including Microsoft Office suite and ORCA.
- Collaborate with the Regional Secretary's Organising Team to achieve team objectives and contribute to the success of the region.
