Role Overview

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Trials Administrator to join its Research and Innovation office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing processes to ensure timely recovery of invoiced trial activity.

About the Role
  • This is a key position within our R&I Division, providing an efficient support service to deliver research sponsored by the Trust.
  • The post holder will work closely with disease group teams to enable, promote and support effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology.

We estimate this role to be in line with a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead on resolution of escalated Integra Invoice approvals within delegated financial limits.
  2. Maintain clear electronic filing systems/audit trails, catalogued appropriately including online systems used.
  3. Assist in delivering training sessions to researchers/research-related staff regarding invoicing process and R&I costing system.
