Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to the development and mentorship of others.
- Recruit participants for user research and schedule studies for products and services.
- Design and lead user research activities across multiple or complex products and services.
- Conduct user research to provide insights that inform the creation or iteration of Met Office products and services.
- Lead the analysis and synthesis of user research findings using various methodologies and techniques.
Requirements:
- Immediate or short-notice availability.
- Right to work in the UK.
