Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in London. As a Paralegal in our Intellectual Property department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including commercial and litigation matters.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Paralegal with experience in managing full life cycles of cases, including trademark and patent matters. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth legal research, gathering case law, statutes, and regulations, and preparing documents for production.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full life cycles of cases, including commercial and litigation matters
- Conduct in-depth legal research and gather case law, statutes, and regulations
- Prepare documents for production, including e-discovery
- Organise and review documents to ensure they meet legal requirements
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth case management
- Experience as a Paralegal in commercial and litigation matters
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
- Accuracy and attention to detail
