At New Look, we're on the hunt for a talented Merchandising Administration Assistant to join our growing team within the Outerwear Department.

We're a global, multichannel brand offering on-trend, value-driven fashion for women, men, girls, and boys.

As Merchandising Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering commercial levels of sales and stock across all relevant regions and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve department KPIs in line with strategy and department plan, maximizing sales and profit
  • Awareness of the Brand Vision
  • Manage daily/weekly tasks in line with ways of working
  • Preparation for Departmental Meetings
  • Taking ownership and finding solutions
  • Supporting commitment management through weekly team updates, reviewing daily and actioning all amends

About You:

  • PC literate - Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • An understanding of fashion trends and knowledge of the high street
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Accuracy
  • Confident communicator
  • Previous experience working in Fashion/Retail and/or as a Merchandising Admin Assistant desirable
