Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an analytical individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in our Control Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of breakdowns, allocating resources, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of breakdowns, prioritizing and organizing tasks to ensure efficient resolution
• Collaborate with roadside staff, motoring organizations, and customers to monitor service levels and job progress
• Update computer records in detail and provide quotes for repair work, as well as take payments
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and working collaboratively as part of a team

You should be able to remain calm and professional under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
