We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager with foundry experience to join our metal casting team at CV Library.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminium alloy castings and gravity die castings. The successful candidate will implement quality control processes for castings, ensuring they meet industry standards.Main Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control processes for castings, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Conduct material analysis, including chemical composition, tensile strength, and hardness tests.
- Manage corrective action teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality data and audits.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
- Evaluate supplier materials to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Identify areas for improvement in quality policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the aluminium foundry industry.
- Proficiency in material analysis techniques.
- Process audit and data recording experience.
