We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with ASC, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring that students with ASC receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices in supporting students with ASC.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with ASC or a related condition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
