About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating Engineer to join our expanding field-based team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations of our Midea air source heat pumps, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installations of Midea heat pumps, demonstrating technical expertise and quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure safe and efficient installation of heating systems.
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to trainee heating engineers, promoting their development and capability.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to outstanding customer service.
  • Embody a proactive problem-solving approach, driving continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in plumbing, heating, or engineering.
  • Unvented hot water systems experience.
  • Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1) certification.
  • Broad health and safety experience.
  • A current full UK driving license.
