Job Title: HR Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Perspective HR Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our clients across England and Wales with their employment needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with clients via telephone, video conferencing, and email to answer employment queries and provide HR support.
  • Supporting HR clients with the production of employment documents, including contracts and policies.
  • Upkeep of customer CRM function to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Management and promotion of the Breathe HR management system to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Attending networking events to represent the company and promote HR and Leadership training courses and events.

Requirements:

  • Experience of HR processes, documentation, and query handling.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use IT and software packages, including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work on own initiative.
