Job Title: Senior Wastewater Network Modeller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Network Modeller to join our team at Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd in Leeds. As a Senior Wastewater Network Modeller, you will play a key role in the direction of projects, working closely with other disciplines within the water team and mentoring junior hydraulic modellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical development and delivery of wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis, model use studies, optioneering, and cost-benefit analysis studies.
  • Leading a team to build, maintain, and manage strong and collaborative working relationships with clients.
  • Scoping and developing hydraulic modelling approaches.
  • Undertaking technical reviews of hydraulic models.
  • Preparation of technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and technical development of others in fluvial and pluvial modelling.
  • Supporting business development through identifying prospective opportunities and leading on the preparation of proposals.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a relevant subject.
  • Proven experience in hydraulic modelling and wastewater network management.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
