As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in achieving their full potential. We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team in the local area of Wolverhampton and Walsall.

We work with a range of special educational needs schools, all committed to delivering high-quality education and support to their students. Your experience, qualifications, and motivation will be invaluable in helping each child, teacher, and school reach their goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant, with a strong background in working with children or adults with various special educational needs. You will have a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will perform the full duties of a Teaching Assistant, including following the ethos and rules of each school. Adaptability and a positive attitude towards change are essential qualities for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and contribute to the development of our schools.

Key requirements include:

  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Experience working with SEND Children or Adults
  • References to cover the last two years
  • Driving license and vehicle (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Commitment, flexibility, and enthusiasm
