Community Fundraiser

We are seeking an experienced Community Fundraiser to join our team at Smyth & Co Not for Profit. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering events that support the whole of the fundraising strategy.
This role will give you the opportunity to work on community, challenge, third-party, and special events, ensuring that your experience is highly varied and engaging. You will also have the chance to develop and deliver new events in line with current market trends and supporter needs.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and volunteers. You will work closely with teams across the hospice to develop robust and tailored supporter journeys.
A salary of £32,500 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting the success of our fundraising income.
