Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Factors: Liaise with factors, address concerns, and manage lender interactions effectively.
  • Registration Applications: Process and submit registration applications in a timely manner.
  • Accurate Advice: Offer accurate legal advice and support to clients and solicitors.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and solicitors throughout the process.

About You

  • Previous Experience: Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancer, or in a similar role.
  • Residential Conveyancing: Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing is essential.
  • Excellent Skills: Excellent IT and customer service skills are required.
  • Caseload Management: Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
