Principal Pricing Analyst

Markerstudy Group is seeking a highly skilled Principal Pricing Analyst to join their rapidly growing pricing department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain predictive models using advanced statistical techniques, including GLMs and machine learning algorithms.
  • Utilize market-leading tools, such as WTW Radar and Emblem, to optimize pricing solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, promoting best practices and driving innovation.
  • Communicate complex pricing concepts and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general insurance pricing, with a strong understanding of predictive modeling techniques.
  • Proficiency in statistical and data science programming languages, including R, Python, and SQL.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science.
  • Experience with WTW's Radar software is highly desirable.
