About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Specialist to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.

With a strong background in sales and a passion for the fuel industry, you will be able to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively present our products and services to potential customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns that drive results. You will also be responsible for managing a pipeline of sales leads and converting them into new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the fuel industry and its key players. They will be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fuel industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Manage a pipeline of sales leads and convert them into new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including uncapped commission, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive training program.
