Job Description:

A Regional Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned territory, working closely with the wider teams to deliver objectives outlined in a strategic Territory plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-performing sales strategy to achieve sales targets, focusing on customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Maintain a strong level of customer service/contact, promoting the company, its products, and activities at all levels within the marketplace.
  • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor products, and customer needs, incorporating these into the Territory plan.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND PROVIDE HIGH-LEVEL SUPPORT AND PROMOTION OF PRODUCTS.
  • Collaborate with the Pet team to achieve profitable growth in targeted customer segments.


Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be driven, passionate, and skilled in building and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders. Previous experience in animal or human health sales (pharmaceuticals or devices) is preferred, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and analytical abilities.

Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
