Key Responsibilities:- Site Maintenance: Work collaboratively with the Harbour Operative team to maintain the Harbour's safety and integrity, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Visual Inspections: Conduct regular visual inspections throughout each shift, promptly recording and reporting any issues, and taking proactive steps to prevent or resolve problems.
- Assistance with Maintenance and Repair Tasks: Assist in the completion of various maintenance and repair tasks across the site, ensuring they meet satisfactory standards and deadlines.
- Site Security: Support site security on a 24/7 basis, managing different security requirements during peak times as well as quieter periods.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing proactive and positive customer service, handling a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Reliability and Punctuality: A proven track record of reliability, including good attendance and punctuality.
- Licenses and Certifications: Possession of, or willingness to obtain and maintain, an SIA licence, and a valid driving licence, enabling the use of company vehicles on and off-site.
Salary: £26,826
