Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Sales and Profitability: Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability, working closely with the team to achieve targets and exceed business goals.
  • Team Development: Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service through regular training and coaching, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Recruitment and Performance: Support with recruitment and conduct performance reviews, ensuring the team is equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Deputising: Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, taking charge of the store and ensuring continuity of service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience at a similar level, with a proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
  • Skills: Strong commercial product management skills, with a passion for premium or luxury product. Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
