We are Footprint, a leading company in Civil Engineering and Building Contractor. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will assist in preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.

  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditure and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of project data, including costs, schedules, and quality control metrics.
