About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Manufacturing Data Analyst to join our team at Diageo's Shieldhall site. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualise and communicate key insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide accurate and relevant reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Create apps to streamline current work processes and improve productivity.
  • Manage data governance within digital projects and systems across the site, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Responsible for ongoing use of digital systems, including support with daily issues.
  • Ensure that any improvements implemented are standardised and sustained within operations teams.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, report development, and visualisation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerApps) for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
  • An understanding of SQL and experience with data querying, manipulation, and transformation is preferred but not essential.
