EU Automation is seeking a skilled Recruitment Team Coordinator to play a vital role in our dynamic People Team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to attract and hire top talent, working closely with hiring managers overseas.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective hiring across various roles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source top talent.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Report recruitment metrics on a monthly basis, providing insights and process improvements.

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Talent or HR coordination role.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
