Job Description


As a Driver Management Lead, your responsibilities will include:



  • Guiding a team of colleagues to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
  • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Implementing ongoing training initiatives to keep team members updated on new products, customer requirements, best practices, and company policies
  • Conducting comprehensive induction training for new team members
  • Feedback on performance, including knowledge, attitude, and skill, to individuals and management


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent service delivery and driving skills
  • A full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months (subject to insurance requirements)
  • A maximum of 6 points on your license
  • To meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check
  • Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio
