The Role

We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and help us drive the success of our Digital Design System. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the product vision & strategy for the DDS.

You will be accountable for the performance/adoption of the product and work towards achieving the Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs). Your primary responsibility will be to partner with business stakeholders to set the future direction of the DDS as part of the wider business strategy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in managing Design System products and teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Design System standards.
  • Prior technical background and experience in software development.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, writing effective user stories/acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of User Research/Design Thinking concepts.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
  • Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
  • Private medical insurance.
  • 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 year's service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
