The RoleAs an R&D Associate, you will support our R&D team with the procurement of R&D samples and reviewing product development reports, analytical data, bioavailability (BA) and bioequivalence (BE) studies.
You will collaborate and build close relationships with R&D labs, Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and Contract research Organisations (CROs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Drive and manage projects, coordinating timelines, costs, and archive documents to ensure studies progress to expected timelines.
- Alliance Management: Create lasting relationships with external partners, collaborating with CMOs, contractors, and developers.
- Communication: Review documents from regulatory affairs, clinical, and marketing, effectively communicating scientific ideas in written and verbal format.
- Regulatory Affairs: Comply with GMP/GDP/GCP and GXP.
- Quality Policy: Comply with the company Quality policy and internal processes, providing support to the Quality Team in SOPs.
