Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the project team in resolving design and construction issues.
  • Coordinate planning conditions and building control compliance on projects.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit building warranty applications (LABC/NHBC) for new dwellings.
  • Ensure the successful installation of electric, water, gas, and BT services for projects.
  • Compile and submit evidence to BREEAM and Code Assessors for relevant projects.
  • Support site managers to ensure projects meet QUENSH standards, budget, and timeline.
  • CDM (Construction Design and Management): Produce 'As-Built' drawings for contract completion.
Design Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead contact for clients during the design phase of new projects.
  • Develop and standardise construction methods on projects.
  • Prepare feasibility designs and hand-drawn or AutoCAD drawings for sites/buildings.
  • Submit planning and building regulations applications as necessary.

Strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of building regulations are essential for this role. Experience in the construction industry, particularly in design coordination, is also required.
