Job Overview
Countryside Properties is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, report regularly to the project manager, and provide technical support to the team as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress and report regular updates to the project manager.
  • Carry out snagging and weekly technical inspections to ensure completion to required standard.
  • Work closely with contractors and project teams to achieve satisfactory construction outcomes.
  • Provide technical support to the team as needed.
