Job Description:
This Trainee Dispenser role involves working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, providing exceptional customer care and support to patients. You will work across various store locations, delivering dispensing services, offering health advice, and interacting with diverse individuals.

Key Requirements:
  • You will develop your skills in tailoring conversations to meet each customer's unique needs.
  • You will work towards mastering the technical aspects of dispensing, including ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collecting prescriptions.
  • You will maintain compliance with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.
  • You will promote services and items to GPs and practice teams, seeking opportunities to engage and build relationships.
  • You will contribute to efficient dispensary operations and minimize dispensing losses.
