As a Trainee Commercial Manager, you will be immersed in all aspects of the commercial processes, gaining hands-on experience and learning from our experienced team.
You will assist in managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency, while developing a deep understanding of the civil engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in cost management, including budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Learn to manage contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Support in procurement, ensuring value for money and quality.
- Help identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
