As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary role will be to provide efficient service for guest registration and departure, maintaining accurate guest accounts and providing accurate, helpful information.

You will also be responsible for attending to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.

Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety is also a critical aspect of this role.
