Influencer Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a German-speaking Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager to support our team remotely. This role will focus on managing and enhancing relationships with influencers and advocates across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of influencer activations, including outreach, talent identification, negotiations, and payment processes.
  • Keep clients updated on project progress through regular communication.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators using specialized research techniques.
  • Develop ideas and strategies to promote campaigns, events, and product launches on social platforms.
  • Present findings and trends to clients, including campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist with creating pitch materials and client presentations.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve strategy and engagement.
  • Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and in line with current social trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven passion for, and experience in, the influencer marketing industry.
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to completion while working with diverse teams.
  • Experience in producing high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Innovate processes to improve efficiency.
  • Full professional proficiency in both German and English is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
