Role Overview
Live Nation UK's Marketing Partnerships Division is seeking a highly resourceful team player to fill the role of VP, Marketing & Creative Solutions (one year maternity cover). This position requires a passionate and motivated individual with a strong background in marketing and music culture.

About the Role
As VP, Marketing & Creative Solutions, you will be responsible for developing strategic level brand pitches and new proposition ideas focusing on the fan experience. You will use your knowledge of popular culture and consumer trends, proven marketing acumen, and creative storytelling techniques to communicate a compelling narrative that will encourage brands to partner with Live Nation.

The Team
You will join a fast-paced and collaborative team that works closely with all facets of Live Nation's business, including festivals, venues, touring, ticketing, artists, content, media, promotions, and concert production. The Marketing & Creative Solutions team within Partnerships creates innovative and engaging marketing platforms designed to solve client challenges through the powerful lens of live music culture.

Responsibilities
* Develop impactful strategic level marketing proposals that tell a compelling brand story and meet client objectives
* Lead collaborative work sessions to develop brand solutions and new proposition ideas leveraging Live Nation's portfolio of assets
* Present and clearly articulate marketing proposals and proposition ideas to executive-level clients and internal stakeholders
* Oversee department sales material development across Live Nation sellable assets
* Acquire a thorough working knowledge of Live Nation assets and capabilities, and identify their role in achieving brands' business objectives

Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in brand marketing, advertising, media, digital or entertainment/sports marketing
* Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas internally and externally
* Knowledge of and passion for music and popular culture, marketing trends
* Understanding of digital and social media platforms
* Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines at once
* Creative and strategic thinker
* First-class communicator (both written and verbal) - confident, friendly, and professional, yet firm; able to build a rapport with all types of people
* Exceptional organisational skills, with a pro-active and thorough, eye for detail approach
