Used Car Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our team at Bristol Street Motors Renault Exeter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and assistant sales managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Manage sales campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency.
  • Full UK driving license.
