We are seeking an experienced Research Director to join our team at Elizabeth Norman. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves leading medium to large-scale projects, producing high-quality proposals, and remaining hands-on as a researcher.

The research unit is on an upward trajectory, and we are looking for someone who is eager to play a key role in team development, unit growth, and major research business strategy. As a Research Director, you will act as a key contact for clients, lead project management, design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research, and manage the team.

This is a full-service research role where flexibility is valued. We offer core hours from 10am-4pm, allowing for a great work-life balance. Our benefits package includes:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
