Chef De Partie - Nusret London

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team at Nusret London. As a vital member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning clientele.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and implementation
  2. Liaising with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
  3. Managing kitchen inventory and stock levels
  4. Leading a small team of junior chefs to achieve exceptional results

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef De Partie in a similar establishment, with a strong understanding of kitchen protocols and procedures.

Nusret London offers a highly competitive salary package of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
