Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Gas Specialist to join our maintenance team at Parkdean Resorts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality gas installations and ensuring the safety of our holiday homes and buildings.

The ideal candidate will hold all current gas safe qualifications, including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

  • Complete all gas installation testing in accordance with current legislation.
  • Ensure the safe installation of any new gas appliances such as boilers, ovens, and fires.
  • Buid positive relationships with guests to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay.
  • Respond to any breakdowns or urgent issues.
  • Upskill our maintenance team by assisting in the training of gas safety.
  • Record all jobs on our company system.
