Job Title: Additional Learning Support Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Additional Learning Support team as an Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

About the Role:

The Additional Learning Support Administration function plays a vital role in supporting the team's work. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including general office duties, electronic filing, and scheduling appointments and meetings. You will also be required to minute-take in reviews and provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Additional Learning Support team
  • Assist with literacy, numeracy, and study skills support for students
  • Support students with disabilities, including Dyslexia, Sensory & Physical Impairment, Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, and Moderate Learning Difficulties
  • Minute-take in reviews and provide support to students on a one-to-one basis
  • Perform general office duties, including answering the telephone and electronic filing
