Receptionist Role at De Vere

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at De Vere. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
• Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Punctuality and good personal presentation.
• Proficiency in using IT software and familiarity with Opera would be advantageous (although not essential as training will be provided if needed).
