Job Title: Clinical Nurse Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Team Leader to join our team at Willing Care Recruitment. As a Clinical Nurse Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensure the provision of high-quality care.
  • Ensure high-quality individualized person-centered care.
  • Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff.
  • Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes.
  • Act as the lead nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge.
  • Take charge of clinical area.
  • Supervise junior staff in carrying out their care plans.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service.
  • Work according with the NMC code of conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse or key worker for patients.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD).
  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • Clear DBS.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team and delivery of person-centered care, including care planning.
