Job Title: Part-Time Caretaker

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our team as a part-time caretaker for a private estate in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and maintenance of the property, as well as providing support to the existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security: Monitor the property and respond to any security incidents
  • Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in good condition
  • Support: Assist the existing staff with their duties and provide additional support as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Non-smoker and driver
