Interim Purchasing Coordinator

We are currently recruiting an Interim Purchasing Coordinator to join our team based in Harrogate. This is a temporary position that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in procurement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary range for this role is approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Assist in the coordination and development of procurement processes and activities
- Support the procurement team in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers
- Contribute to the development of procurement strategies to meet business objectives
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant education and training in procurement or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
