Job Title: Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Castleford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in reducing debt owed to our clients through effective customer communication and query resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reduce debt owed to the company through customer contact
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to resolve queries and ensure timely collection of monies owed
  • Manage the Credit Control Inbox on a daily basis
  • Forecast cash inflows to facilitate smooth cash flow
  • Update and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Set up customer accounts and generate credit check reports
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or environment
  • Sage 200 experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of VAT/DRC

  • Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum
