Project Delivery Specialist

As a Senior Project Manager at beBee Professionals, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile projects in the UK. With your exceptional leadership and organizational skills, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to achieve successful project outcomes. To ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures, you will monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution. Regular communication with clients and stakeholders is also essential to provide updates on project status.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
Requirements:
- A proven track record as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
