About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at Duck & Waffle, a vibrant restaurant offering a unique dining experience. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and leading beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 4 years of beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. You must also hold a Personal License and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses to deliver exceptional service and high-quality beverages.
  • Maintain and set processes and standards to ensure efficient and effective beverage operations.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Bar Manager/Bar Manager to supervise and lead beverage operations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
