Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Empowered Personnel Ltd. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective processing of customer products, working in accordance with the daily production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff to ensure the efficient and effective processing of customer products.
  • Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure that all products are processed to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and control the production process to ensure that all products meet customer specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that all materials are available when needed.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure that all products are processed in accordance with customer specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
