Job Title: Gastrointestinal Care Professional

About the Job: The Circle Health Group is seeking an experienced Gastrointestinal Care Professional to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality planned care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. You will work closely with the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead to manage and organize care provision within the endoscopy unit.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Providing quality planned care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
  • Assisting the Endoscopy Practitioner Lead in managing and organizing care provision within the endoscopy unit

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
  • Basic and advanced competence/qualification in Endoscopy Care and Decontamination
  • Operators Course in Endoscopy Decontamination
  • Knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies (Care Quality Commission, GRS, JAG, HTM 01 -06)
  • MAThS, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
