Success Talent is seeking a talented Buyer to join their team as a Fashion Retail Expert. As a key member of the buying team, you will be responsible for delivering a balanced range of knitwear, swimwear and beachwear products that meet the needs of our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Regular planning with merchandisers to ensure stock levels are optimized
- Delivering a balanced range of products that meet customer demand
- Weekly trades to ensure stock levels reflect trading patterns
- Managing the critical path to ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensuring the customer is at the heart of all buying decisions
- Analyzing data to inform strategic buying decisions
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products
- Running production and capacity planning to meet customer demand
- Holding strong knowledge of occasion wear and having a strong commercial eye
We are looking for someone who has strong commercial skills, the ability to problem-solve under pressure, and enjoys change. You must be able to effectively manage your time and help the business identify new ways of working as we continue to grow.
