Job Title: B2 Licensed Avionics Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2 Licensed Avionics Supervisor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our aviation maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of avionics engineers and ensuring the timely completion of all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance events for aircraft under Part 145 control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of avionics engineers and ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Represent the company in communications with aircraft owners and customer representatives
  • Lead and manage a team of avionics engineers for base maintenance inputs/projects
  • Provide technical expertise and support to engineering and estimating teams
  • Ensure effective management of C5 approval and efficient operation of the battery bay
  • Communicate daily progress reports and coordinate with hangar management

Requirements:

  • Full unrestricted B2 License with electrical privileges
  • Proven experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in DOA/Part 21 (desirable)
